lite menu. since 2009 is the begining of change, nik's
place wants to offer lighter options to our
customers.



anais yummay grilled chicken sandwich

inspired by my daughter, this grilled chicken breast sandwich is served on a sesame seed bun
with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and american or swiss cheese.



the djizzle fried chicken sandwich

inspried by my son and exactly like the anais, but fried!!



cooper's spicy ginger prawn salad

inspired by the man himself d.cooper, this salad is a combination of  ginger spice and the
subtleties of avacado, feta cheese, almonds and wontons served warm on a crisp bed of
fresh lettuce!



nik's grilled chicken salad

grilled chicken breast seasoned with my families  blend of  special seasonings served with
croutons, red onions, and feta cheese served on a bed of crisp lettuce.
